It further engages in gaining multiple stakeholder perspectives on six broad areas within an ecosystem (a) Identification, Connect & Sustain, (b) Train, (c) Fund, (d) Celebrate, (e) Policy and finally (f) Inclusivity. The larger outcome of the study informs in the requirements and gaps within the ecosystem currently and expectations derived from the various stakeholders in informing the policy to be framed.
