    Views and Proposals of All India Loco Running Staff Association (AILRSA) presented at the meet of the All India Railwaymen's Federation on 24 January 1974. Text of declaration adopted at the December 1973 meeting of Railway unions and associations. Contains list of names and addresses of trade unions officials who participated and also a list to whom the material was mailed. AILRSA Proposals and AIRF Declaration refer to Pay scales, Bonus, Job classification, Bonus and de-casualition etc.

    Handwritten minutes or notes with names and addresses of different Railway unions officials and jottings of what they said. Difficult to read all but there is mention of representation of the categorical streams within AIRF -- reference is being made to Loco running staff and AILRSA and also to regional unions within Railways NRMU and SERMU, There mention of strike actions by other govt employees .... 'no food no work' ... there is a reference to the strike by 1 Lakh (100,000) govt employees in Oct 1973 on the question of minimum wages; Parity with wages and benefits as in public sector and need for unified action ....
