Cluster reports study industrial relations in the garment industry. They provide details of the organisation of production, existing labour legislations, unionization among workers, the role of the labour office, and the impact of the pandemic on the garment industries. They have 25 case studies for each cluster detailing the origin of the dispute, the dispute resolution process(formal/informal, adjudication/conciliation), the evidence available, and final awards where applicable.
