Abstract
The management stated that the worker was transferred to Noida unit and she did not report to her duty. They demanded that the worker's demand should be rejected. They also included in the annexure the letter to the worker about her unaccounted absence from work and request to report and settle her account.
Description
The management in the statement that the worker was not dismissed and she has been absent from work. They also submitted the letter addressed to the worker as a reminder seeking her to report back and collect her pending dues from Gurgaon branch.
