Abstract
Workers submitted the demand that the management declared an illegal lockout and submitted the letters of termination issued to the workers.
Description
Details of the dispute between the workers and the management over illegal lock out. Workers represented through the Garment and Allied Workers Union raised the demands for investigation into this action. The dispute forwarded for conciliation and adjudication was getting delayed and union pleaded resolution of the dispute to the industrial tribunal.
