Woman worker injured after an accident which impacted her health and efficiency as a tailor. Worker's requested the company management (Carona Knitwears) to reimburse her medical expenses.
Description
The worker met with an accident on the way to work in company van. The management did not provide compensation for the medical treatment. The worker despite requests was not rehired and could not find work due to her injuries.
