Collection of recent wage agreements : In Public and Private Sectors 1988, 1989

Abstract

The report includes 40 representative wage agreements with the government, most of which were concluded in 1989. The agreements have seen strong wage increases, and set a pattern for bipartite wage negotiations and collective bargaining as a viable method, despite the number of unions involved.
