Abstract
Worker's petition against oral termination under the IDA 1947 with the Assistant Labour Commissioner.
Description
Management of Fair Export orally terminated a worker. The worker demanded reinstatement and salary for the terminated period. The management did not respond to the request and the plea was forwarded to the court. In the labour office management denied the petition as the worker was an accountant and not covered under the IDA.
