Some Local Level NCCRS Circulars by Railway Unions in 1974

Abstract

Local level circulars from railway trade unions part of the NCCRS. One is a circular no 18 dated 8.12.1974 titled: Minutes of the Meeting of NCCRS Meeting at Olavakkot. Among decision is a public meeting, A 'Work to Rule' trade union action from 15.1.1975; And a zonal convention be planned; The meeting approves the decision of Zonal Working committee of All India Loco Running Staff association to resort to any direct action after 31. 12. 1974 if victimised workers are not taken back by that time.
