Abstract
A worker files an affidavit as evidence before the Presiding Officer at the Labour Court.
Description
The worker was dismissed after getting approval for his leaves from the management of V and S International Gurgaon. He produced the affidavit along with his identify card, bank account details and salary details. Demands include delay in paying over time, payment below minimum standard of Haryana Government and illegal termination.
