Abstract
An ironing master resigns after non payment of bonus and raises a dispute for his PF funds. The dispute is ongoing.
Description
Details, and chronology of a dispute between a worker and the management of Well Knit Industries. Worker was denied bonus because of which he quits the job. In the final settlement the management does not pay the PF leading to a dispute. Worker demanded reinstatement at the same position.
