Abstract
Response of Viva Global before the industrial tribunal along with letter of authority to two representatives.
Description
The management argued that the demands of the union were vague and without workers' representation. Further, as workers were continuing to work there was no lock out from the management. They demanded that the dispute should not forwarded for adjudication and workers' illegal strike should end.
