Labour and Conciliation Officer's reports on the dispute between the worker and the management of Choice Clothing Company. Along with objective review and final decision to refer the dispute to the labour court.
Description
The worker employed as a tailor with the company demanded reinstatement after illegal dismissal. The management claimed that they transferred the worker and she did not report for work. Evidence submitted included the transfer letter but not signed by the worker. The dispute was referred to the Labour Court.
