Correspondence between EPFO and SEWA regarding M/s. Patel Bidi Products

Abstract

Asst. PF Commissioner asking SEWA to submit supportive documents in the case of inquiry against Patel Bidi fewer than 7-A section. Manaliben Shah the union coordinator of SEWA requested to keep the case against Patel Bidi pending saying that the settlement talks with M/s. Patel Bidi were on going and SEWA is hopeful of reaching at an agreement Notice of postponement of the hearing in the case of inquiry of Patel Bidi. The notice was sent by Regional Provident Fund office to the Patel Bidi and a copy was marked to SEWA.
