Abstract

Minutes of the first meeting (of 13 March 1974) that lead to the formation of joint action committee for railway trade unionists in the Ratlam division and named as 'Rashtriya Rail Mazdoor Samanvaya Samiti' to plan and prepare for the April 1974 railway strike decided at the national level by Railwaymen's organisations. Minutes mention preparation of a list of all category wide unions in the railways affiliated to AIRF and to invite them. Names of official elected to the committee are given
