Abstract
The letter requests intervention of the Labour Office for discrimination against women workers, and unfair labour practices at Chelsea mills.
Description
The General Secretary enumerates the conditions of work for women workers: they are underpaid, not allowed rest periods, verbally harassed and given unreasonable targets. He further requested the Labour Commissioner to intervene in this matter.
