A notice to the parties to be present for the on going dispute between labour activist and the registrar of Trade Unions, Haryana. Along with an appeal to allow cross examination.
Description
Appeal to the parties to submit their list of witnesses, evidence, testimonies for the proceeding. The state of Haryana also appealed the industrial tribunal to allow cross examination of witnesses.
