    Cover note from Western Railways Employees Union, Jaipur along with Declaration adopted at the Meeting of Representatives of Railwaymen's Unions, 24-25 January 1974. The declaration concerns question of Job evaluation, Reclassification of personnel, decasualisation, Dearness allowance and Bonus and treatment on par with other public sector employees. The declaration challenges the stance of the Railway minister saying that railway workers cannot be paid bonus since their number is 2.7 million.
