Text of two page resolution adopted at National Convention of Railwaymen held on 27 February 1974 and other documents that serve an ultimatum to the Railway ministry which has failed to settle workers demands regarding job relassification, 8 hour work day revision of wages etc, and that it should negotiate or face strike;
