Memorandum of Settlement - 1977

Abstract

Terms of the settlement include revision of basic pay (mentioned in Annexure A), HRA set at Rs. 60 per month, conveyance allowance at Rs. 40 per month, provision of milk and vitamin tablets to certain workmen, medical reimbursement to be provided to workmen not covered by ESI to a maximum of Rs. 500 per annum etc.
