Abstract

Management to lift the lock-out from 26-10-77, and workmen agreed to cooperate with management in maintaining normalcy. Bonus for the accounting year of 1976-77 to be paid at the rate of 20% of the total earnings of each worker, the union agrees to maintain minimum individual productivity at average productivity levels as in the financial year 1976-77, etc.
