Abstract
Assistant Labour Commissioner's letter to the Labour Commissioner of Haryana on the industrial disputes between tailor and the management of Richa and Co. Along with written statement of demands from the worker.
Description
The Assistant Labour Commissioner presented both sides of the dispute to the Commissioner and the statement of demands from the worker. The worker demanded reinstatement as he was dismissed on unfair grounds and the management argued that the worker voluntarily stopped coming to work.
