There is an undated note from NCCRS which makes mention of a one and half year long sectional struggle of the railwaymen -- the running staff (motormen, Drivers) that has prepared ground and created confidence for a wider struggle. This file also contains a government document marked 'secret' written by a senior bureaucrat C.V.
